How far in advance should I book? +

Booking early is always best, especially for weekends and seasonal events. The website calendar only shows time slots that are still open, so if you see a date you love, submit your request as soon as you can.

Is my event confirmed once I submit the form? +

Your request holds the date and time right away so another client cannot claim the same slot. Final confirmation happens after review and follow-up from Kendal's Kreations.

Do you travel for events? +

Yes. Use the location field on the contact form so we can review logistics, travel time, and setup needs for your event.

Can I request a custom event theme? +

Absolutely. Choose “Other” or the closest event type, then describe your vision in the notes section. Custom themes and creative requests are welcome.

How do I know what information to include? +

Share the event type, date and time, location, and what you want the celebration to feel like. Colors, guest count, inspiration links, and special details are also helpful.
